booking information

availability & online bookings :  

Up to date availability and bookings for your holiday & short breaks  can be made online here or by using the booking calendars on the individual  the property pages. Check availability and book online here. Provisional bookings are not taken but we  will ” pencil in”  accommodation on clients’  behalf for  a maximum of 7 days only.

        confirmation of bookings :

• A verified credit or debit card number is required to confirm a booking. This will have an expiry date no earlier than the day after the booking departure date.
•  A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, This is now being lodged in a separate bank account until 7 days prior to your arrival date.
•  A payment receipt and invoice invoice will  be sent to to you within 7 days.
• The final balance is paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

tariffs :

• Accommodation tariffs until the start of 2024 can be downloaded here . If you have any questions regarding these, please call us to confirm prices (00+44) (0)1397 772467. Prices are quoted per unit including VAT according to the period in which it starts.
• Prices change slightly according to the time of year.
• The Hostel & bunkhouse can accommodate 1 night stays.
• In the hostel & bunkhouse we only let by the room of 4 or 6 persons with no shared dorms or bunkrooms.
• Short Breaks are available in the apartments through out the year including  the summer high season & Bank Holiday periods with  a 2 night minimum stay.
• In the apartments a 5 night minimum stay is applied to Christmas & New Year bookings.
• We do not take 1 night bookings in the apartments.

If you do not wish to book or pay online you will need to download the booking form below – we do not accept bookings without a completed booking form –  either e-mail an attached booking form or post the booking form to us.  The downloadable form  is in both Word format & PDF.( We prefer not to  receive scanned booking forms from smart / I phones)

Payments for deposits, balances of full payments can be made by:

• Internet banking or bank transfer (BACs) : | Our banking details can be found here – this is our preferred method of payment.
• Credit or Debit Card : | Bookings can be paid online through Worldpay. Please see the payment window below under paying your balance.
• Cheque : | If you would like to pay by cheque please email us and make the payment to: Snowgoose Mountain Centre, Station Road, Corpach, Fort William, Highlands, PH33 7JH.

• Paying your Balance : | If you would like to pay the remaining balance of your booking online  please enter the amount below and click ‘Pay Balance’.
• Payments can be made securely using most major credit cards through Worldpay.
